I have a Verizon phone my cell phone and i have been getting the calls now for 3 weeks straight. They will call about 9 times a day! The 1st time I picked up a guy responded and said Hey Suzette how are you? and I just responded Who the hell is this and why are you calling me from a straight 0 digit number. The numbers 000-000-0001 and sometimes after the number calls i will get a text message sent straight to my phone that has 1 digit usually a 9. and when i try to call the number back it comes to a recording after about 5 rings that says We're sorry we cannot complete your verizon future update at this time. I just ignore the calls now and not answer but its starting to get really annoying!

i was trying to send a text message to my boyfriend's phone number but i kept getting a response that says "17863203373 number is not supported or user has not subscribed to SMS" from that number. What does that mean?

I keep getting the same error when i try to send a text msg , i can receive sms from the number i try to send, even if i just reply , i get that 00000000001 error

I dont think it they changed their number, I have the same problem with my phone. It happens with all my contacts (about 2000 of em) and I speak to these people all the time on the same numbers. Taken it to the store too and no one seems to have a clue?!?!

The number reads "1" and the description is "UNAVAILABLE."  They've called several times and leave no message.  If they have something to say or sell, they better leave a message.  We are never going to answer no name and/or fake number.

same here I received a missed call from 13138836449 and called it back and the recording stated we're sorry we cannot complete your call so I text the number and the text was returned from 0000000009 and stated (13138836449) is not supported or user has not subscribed to sms. Also be advised due to illegal acts displayed by various Orange County (California) Law Enforcement, Currently my Metro Cell Telephone and e-mail services are illegally monitored and automobiles are GPS captured for tracking purposes. Also I continue to be SABOTAGED from employment and name Slandered across the Counties of Orange, Los Angeles and Inland Empire. Because of the illegal acts displayed I have no Freedom, Rights or Privacy and continue suffering 7+years Struggling for Justice. Also the local Orange County Sheriffs Enforcement are unwilling to investigate my complaints.

my girlfriend just changed from metro to tmobile but she has the same phone number. when i text her i get an automatic response from 0000000001 that says "number is not supported or user has no subscribe to sms" ..i can call her and talk to her fine but i can't text her and everyone else that she knows has been texting her fine. i call metro and they say its a problem with tmobile and she goes to the tmobile store and they say its a problem with metro. it's pretty annoying idk what to do about it but hopefully it will stop ..doesn't seem like anyone else has any suggestions either??

same here joe i called metro and they told me a bunch of stuff that didnt work i need to know what to do.

I also experience the same thing last night. A guy I have been talking to for almost 4 month called me yesterday with no issues. When I text messaged him about a couple hours later, I received a text message saying (12393626107) was not supported ...UNAVAILABLE....SMS not supported. So, I decided to call to see what the problem was. When I called, I got a partial ring and then a recording came on and said MLS 03...the subscriber you have called...please try the number again. After I waited a couple more hours, this time it ringed more than one time. I don't know what is going on. We both have MetroPCS. So, to see what the issue was, I text messaged from a different number, but that text didn't come back like it did on my MetroPCS phone. However, when I called from a different number, the recording told me the same thing. Does anyone know what is going on???
