I'm in mexico city and i got a call from this number today, i picked up but no one spoke!!I

I got this call several times in the week, but whem i pick up, no one answer or say anything.

Received a call from 000-000-0111, male subject with accent said he was with Publishers Clearing House. I did not enter the contest, he hung up on me.
