No idea at all what it could be.

Get sporadic calls...  Usually, 1/wk...  Today, 3 from 8-9pm...
Have no idea who they are...  Reported them to Virgin Moblile.

That is from Virgin Mobile. Someone must have accidentally put in your number when they topped up their card.

It's from Virgin Mobile. If you have Virgin Mobile, it will not allow you to delete it.

Does no good to report is to Virgin Mobile, this IS Virgin Mobile. It is one of many multiple numbers they use when they send you messages.

Normally that number IS a number Virgin Mobile uses to send some messages. However, I have Virgin Mobile for many many years and Their Passwords DO NOT expire. So in this case, I would say someone spoofed that number to try and trick you. Report it to Virgin Mobile.
