Premium Debt Center of America Scam Debt Settlement Co. based in FL.  Cold call looking to find people searching for real help with debt. They will sign them up with the Legal Debt Center. Once you realize they are not going to do anything for you, you are already 3 to 6 months behind, summons are being delivered to your house or your place of employment.

Said wrong number called at 8 am

I receieved a call from 0000 0000 1111 at 7:38 this friday morning on oct.1st. Nothing was said when i picked up the phone.Some type of debt settlement scam.

who is calling from 0000001111, is very annoying and the you tube site is worse.  The feds must act now.

Got a call at 9:01am, they left no message, and I will not pick up calls with no ID, or who won't identify themselves. Say a prayer for the poor people who are so desperate for work that they must lower themselves to do this type of work, they could surely use prayer if they have to do it. I can't imagine anyone would CHOOSE to do this work. God help them if they do.

I received a call from this number on Thanksgiving morning (9:04 AM).  Person said, "Sorry, wrong number," and hung up.

AMEN! poor [***]. I took that approach with a company who lured me into a scam where u buy one item, then they send u -- and keep billing u -- a similar item once a month. Well, I caught on a little late so I had late fees, processing fees, and watch-what-you-order-you-idiot fees. I called them and was VERY firm, yet compassionate. They had sent 2 items I didn't directly order and, as a result of my approach, waived all fees, and refunded my money for the 2nd item.

Be respectful and don't curse, but after u let them explain to u what happened, don't let them get a word in edgewise until they have agreed to do what u ask.

I think mine went something like, "I feel sorry for you my brother, that you have to work for a company that feels they have to hide their agreement with customers in the fine print. My wish for you is that you find a career with a company who is forthright and open with their customers. A company that has more faith in it's products and people so they don't feel they have to bury a recurring charge/purchase in the shadows of the back page of a contract. I think you deserve better."

Calls often but I don't pick up.  Also get calls from 000-000-0000.  Phone company says they can't do anything about it and because it's not a legtimate number it can't be blocked.

I started getting calls from 000-000-1111 on Saturday morning, August 6, 2011-  It's true that the number can't be blocked (if you have either a handset or a service that will block calls from your phone service vendor), but if you have an old computer that you aren't using, you can block any number you wish with the use of a blocking application-

If you've got an old laptop or computer gathering dust in the closet, haul it out, and see if it has a phoneline modem, that's what you'll need to set up your own blocking application-  There are a number of blocking applications out on the web, I use PhoneTray Free: http://www.phonetray.com/phonetrayfree.htm

Download and install PhoneTray Free (or the blocking application of your choice), attach the computer's modem to your phone line, then set up your blocking list and that's it-  Be sure to leave the computer running 24/7 for full blocking capability-  You can usually fine tune who you wish to block and vice versa with that type of application-

My old laptop running PhoneTray Free picked up on 000-000-1111 immediately, answered the phone after a single ring and give the caller a recorded message stateing that this number does not take telemarketing calls, easy peasy and I didn't have to lift a finger-

Can't tell you much. Hope this will stop  it.

Sorry Wrong Number

Received a call from 0000-1111.  When I returned the call it my phone system said there was no such number.    hmmmmmmm

"0000001111- Sorry wrong number."  

My guess is the calling party is "Robo-Hunting" for live humans (people that answer the phone).  Once they have identified live people, they can sell the list to a calling house that will run the real scam.

I hope this scammers rot in hell where there flesh is removed millimeter by millimeter over and over again.
