I also did get a call from +000012345, I am in Bangalore, India. The only place I have registered my Cell number is in Skype, so I assume, this number came from there as an International number on my cell.

i got this today. I thought it was just a call from some sort of online chat room? when i get messages from the computer onto my phone it looks something simular to +900213. anything anyone knows about this would be great
