This is a text message sent from the web (might be twitter).  For Verizon Wireless users, you can block these from your phone (or your child's phone) by going to My Verizon, Verizon Safeguards, Internet Spam blocking and check the boxes for:

x  block all text messages sent from the web
x  block all text messages sent from email

This is essential if you are trying to block someone from contacting your child.  Stalkers and predators resort to this after you block their phones.

keeps calling my wife's cell

i continue seeing this phone number on appear on my Verizon bill under my child's number. How can I tell who she is communicating with or what application is being used? The # is 000-031-3131
