Call made by automated calling apparatus and, after a short delay, plays a recorded message saying that under a new government scheme you can consolidate your debts and potentially have some cancelled.  Asks you to dial 5 if you want to speak to an adviser about this.  No information about what the organization is (though they seem to be pretending to be an arm of government), and I didn't dial 5 to find out in case it led to my being charged.
