call dropped when i answered the phone

001300663315 called today at 12.36.  We have been receiving calls from this number for the last few weeks, they always drop out after picking up the phone, you can imagine my frustration!!!  but today Kevin (with an Indian accent) spoke to me from the Home Advisory Service!!!  He very rudely put the phone down on me after I explained that my number was not a business and that there was no Mr Johnson here and asked him to take my number off their database.  There were no apologies offered?? the line just went dead!!  There's customer service for you??

I am getting phone calls from 001300663315 day and night and I am sick of it now!!  My telephone company told me to get a crime number in order for me to get this stopped!! Who the hell are they? Whoever they are, they are also very rude!!!

Getting calls almost daily from this number to my private home phone in London, England, which is unlisted.  They do not leave a message.

Have got 3 calls today from this number, they hang up without speaking, I think to entice me to call back.
I do not want these calls, it is an absolute nuisance, Can I do anything about it?
