00-1358-0104
Report a phone call from 00-1358-0104 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- LynxThis caller hung up when my answerphone kicked in so I have no idea who they were or what they wanted. Seems like an unusual configuration of numbers though, and it seems I'm the first to post it this time, so I'm curious!
- bob| 1 replyI had exactly the same thing happen to me
- Caller: 00-1358-0104
- Swindy replies to bobThey said they are an Accident helpline. Sounded Indian. Said they've got my number as I've had a minor car accident in the last two years apparently. When I said I hadn't they hung up.
They've now rung around all the phones in my office! - I have a problemJust had this call today, stating that in December 2011, my mum had a minor car accident. My mum said she didn't, the man, who sounded Indian, called her a 'liar', so my mum was angry and she had to hang up on him.
Off to investigate some more. - SP| 1 replyThey called at 16h26 BST and said they were National Accident Helpline. I asked where they got my number from. They ignored me and said they were called because they had a record of a recent accident (no such accident happened). I told them not to call me again and they hung up. Sounded Asian.
- Alec replies to SPJust had a call from 13580104 and similarly was asked to confirm that I'd had an accident in the last couple of years, a car accident. The lady calling me had an Indian sounding accent and said she was from National Accident Helpline. I asked her who she thought she was calling and she said she hadn't been given it because of data protection, but she needed to confirm with me that I'd had an accident so she could pay me my compensation.
I told her it's a bit odd that she has not been given my name because of data protection, but she has been given my telephone number????
At which point she hung up. - WhoisitFor the second time in a few weeks, somebody has called me from the telephone above (0013580104.)
They always hang up when I answer and they hear my voice. Could you help me identify this nuisance maker? - AnonymThey called me again for the second time since yesterday. Data Protection? As if!
- Caller: Some Insurance Company
- Call type: Telemarketer
- PicoStar| 1 replyThis is a company professing to specialise in accident insurance claims; and I have been contacted by their poorly spoken operators on numerous occasions. They also profess to have already liaised and obtained information about my circumstances from my current insurance provider (even though I don’t have any insurance policies). When quizzed, they are unable to identify the name of “my insurance provider” – at which point, the line goes dead. SCAM, AVOID!
- ahmedkeep a whistle by thr phone and blow it hard when they call.
report them as nuisance caller to police/bt/talktalk. write and complain to your m.p.
00135etc- Caller: accident insurer
- PamThis caller also put the phone down on me when I answered, it concerns me when this happens
- RachThis number was regularly calling my office. They said the same thing to me as listed above. In the end, I emailed National Accident Helpine and received an email back from their customer service dept who said it absolutely wasn't them and must be a scam. Apparently they don't use cold calling. In their email they asked me to report it to the following;

I have done so we'll see if it stops now. We were getting about 12 calls a day to various direct lines in the office, who hung up as soon as anyone asked if they could be removed from their list. Fingers crossed- Caller: NOT National Accident Helpline
- Call type: Telemarketer
- kate| 1 replyWell this number called me today and all same as above ... only difference is I had a lovely conversation with the gentlemen and informed him that the only person who was likely to have an "accident" would be him if he ever called again, proceeded with a not too pleasant obscenity.
Only advice I can offer is to register with http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/ but I really don't know how effective this will be. - Mrs M RainsfordThis tell number has called me the twice in two nights. I told them i did not have a accident in the last 3 years.
- Caller: Accident Line
- Call type: Telemarketer
- johna indian [***] call today and he was so abusive.. i told him i dont want any business with them he start swearing and it told him [***] off indian [***]..
- Call type: Telemarketer
- JPersistent buggers aren't they. I get the feeling they are happy just to cause inconvenience. If they can also cause upset then that's a bonus, or if they succeed in collecting other personal information then that's even better.
- GJMy tip, make very loud, high pitched noises over the phone which make their ears hurt. Chances are they won't try again. Worked a treat after having received in excess of 30 calls within a few hours. Clearly a scam, best strategy is to make them (their ears) suffer! No pain no gain!
- Caller: unknown
- shazzle| 1 replyi have had a call from this number this evening, and like everyone else i want to know who they are!
- shazzle replies to shazzleit was at 7:58 this evening, annoying as i was trying to feed my dog at the time and gettin my dinner
