I am overrun with  anonymous and cold calling,I couldn't believe it and it was so upsetting when a guy phoned last week wanting  answers for a few questions for a survey and asked for my husband, I told him that my husband passed away a few days ago, he apologised for my loss and then started to ask me to answer the questions,I ranted at him saying  "can you people only open your'e mouth to talk and not use your'e ears to listen",My daughter tells me that I am too polite to them and just hang up; I have a list in front of me  on Mon  8 calls,  Tues 5 call ,Thurs 7 calls , so now I am not going to the polite lady that I have been brought up to be and they are in for a shock  !!!!!
