i think its a international call card number.. some fillapino girl just called me 2am.. called me honey and said her nickers where around her akles ..wants me inside her.. what a supprisse .... but My wife went bloody apeshit.... ! !

i received a call from my friend who is in the airport with the same number i just forgot to ask where airport but he departed from China going to Pakistan u might be right that is an international call card

Otherwise I just heard that these kind of number will coast you alot of money

My frind called me from this number too. I think it was just the connecting line. He actually called from his mobile phone, not this number.  When may be calling oversea, the number was automatically changed according to the tel provider.

Got a call from this number @ 12:18 GMT today. Noisy background, then caller went silent. I jst let the call go on, occaisionally picking back up and saying "hello"! Don't bother me how long he was on the phone, it's his bill.
