Someone only speaking English, not very confident, trying to sell Long-Distant-Call

I also got at least 4 calls from this number. twice they didn't answer me, and twice my mailbox gave me this number. When I answered them, they didn't speak at all.
Since yesterday I've changed the calls, the mailbox recieve all my calls. today no calls!!
Could it be, that someone was trying to get into the computer? I am sure my computer was turned off as they called me. may be that is the reason why, there was no answer/

I have gotten several calls from this number, they always hang up, last one 5 minutes ago...

We have gotten several calls from 00-2154-3284. The same as the other complains, they disconnected directly when we picked it up.

same thing happened to me i get few calls from 353(47)21543284 when i picked it up they just hung up. i called 11811 and they did nt know about this number.
