Caller Id came up as "O" had to dial 1471 to get the actual number.
They've called ten times (at least) in the past two days. We've hung up and demanded they remove our number. Last call asked him to remove our number and he replied "fuc* you" and hung up. Maybe that means they won't call back (hopefully).

I just had the same call about 2 minutes ago? Did they tell you what it was about? He just kept telling me it was for the "energy register" and asked me who provided by electricity.

This company is ringing at least 20 times a week i keep putting the phone down and asking them to remove my number but they still keep ringing constantly!
Some Energy saver company

called asking for my son (20) saying they were from energy savers.
I said he wasnt in, they assumed I was his wife and carried on with their speech. I told them to go away in no uncertain way. They rang 4 times in 2 days. I ended up screaming down the phone to them and they still rang back!!!

They have called here but they seem to hang up if the answer machine kicks in as do most other cold callers!  Seems to be the only way to avoid them.  I answer the phone just as the message starts to play, that way the cold callers have hung up and people who actually want to speak to me are starting to leave a message.  I know it seems to be a stupid way of having to do things but it makes my day less stressful.  There is nothing worse than listening to the pushy sales tactics of these people and they don't listen when you want your details taken off they just keep calling back!!

called me 4 times in the last 2 weeks...tellin me he was givin 40% of my next telephone bill!!!! hung up n they still call and wont let me speak. goin to call back on monday ill b ready!!!!

I received a call yesterday and twice today from an Indian sounding man offering me a 40% reduction on my telephone bills.
I told him I spent an average of €40.00 per month and that included broadband.
He was shocked and just said OK thank you very much.

The number comes up as 2-345-6789 on my Caller ID, along with "unavailable".  I got two calls on my land line from this number, one at 2:30am!  No one was on the line when I answered.

Same here with the 23456789 number. Can't block it on charter as their dumb system requires more than 8 digits.

This number is making frequent calls to our home, including calls at 2am.

Middle of night calls here as well.

This number called at 07:40 this morning lifted receiver no answer .What is wrong with these people have they nothing better to do? It is about time the regulatory authorities did something about this and other numbers that have the same mentality.

this number 0023456789 rang me at 2.45am i was fast asleep jumped out of bed nearly killed myself as i thought my 21 year old son was hurt at Uni???
They hung up 141 and that was the numbers

Have been called lots of times but do not answer when the number comes up.I am now mortified that I got a call this morning at 3.30 am.As I had only got to sleep at 2 am this was agonising.I ended up getting up and nodding off on my couch.I hope this does not mean they are going to do this again.

3 calls today all with a hang up. Why can't this be stopped?
