This number and similar numbers are on my wife's cell bill under rec'd and sent texts.  They all show Domestic-Text.  She says that she thinks it's facebook.  She does get updates from Facebook but I'm not sure it's a chat or instant messenger service.

I think it is international. My grandaughter has been running up charges on my phone and I have unlimited texting. Therefore, I called my provider and they told me that the charges were for inteernational texts, to and from will cost you. I asked if texting to Facebook would run up these fees if someone was out of the country on Facebook but, I was told that texting to FaceBook does not cost anything on an unlimited plan.
