It's a faxnumber. As soon as you pick up the telephone you get a fax like peep.

This number calls us randomly. Just get a beep when you answer. If you call back you get a person repeating something inaudible. We live in Norway.

Same in Dubai. Got a call 01:54 this night, 06:24 this morning, and again 10:57. When you pick up the phone you hear a "beep". Very annoying!
