Just saw this number on my caller display, it rang off as soon as the answer machine kicked in.

I never answer these strange numbers that show only 00, 000, 0000, 0044 as they must be scams or time wasters because we don't have numbers like that do we!

Most new Panasonic Detect phones now have a facility to Bar certain calls & comes free with the phone, I now have one.

Why do we have to put up with all this, we elected our so called Government to "SERVE US", so why don't they!!!!!!

Had a call from this in the past 15 minutes.  Some market research company looking to confirm my personal details, and asking about my Television brand and how old it was.  I tried to be non-committal and told them I wasn't confirming my personal details with anyone and wasn't interested.  He persited so I told him that I paid the phone bill and chose who I spoke to on MY line, he told me not to be rude and that THEY called me and they were paying the bill and that it wasn't a sales call, and had the cheek to ask if I did not understand English.  I told him i did not want to take part in reseach and that i was fed up with unsolicited calls.  Told them not to call me back or pass my number to anyone else.  Not sure if this will sink in.
