Is Just happening to my wife agency, she's organizing a wedding here in Puglia (South of Italy) - June 2014  -  she is expecting for down payment, just 30% of the total amount.

I just wanted to know what legal action (if any) you have taken. I have the same request for the same date but in Sicily and I wanted to know if you received payment or if you reported the fact to the police. Thanks in advance for your reply.

The estimated budget was for EUR 14.600,00, the amount of the cheque is GBP 22.600,00 (about EUR 28.000,00).

Anche io ho avuto lo stesso identico contatto da Louis Madison. Quello che non mi è chiaro è se coloro che hanno ricevuto dei pagamenti abbiano poi avuto modo di verificarne la validità e li abbiano effettivamente incassati senza problemi...

Thanks for your e-mail.Very sorry for the slight delay in replying your email,I have been in

off-shore Japan supervising repairs on the nuclear disaster site.I have had very limited

access to my email,though I hope to be back pretty soon.The agent in charge of our trip is

already taking care of the rest services including accommodation.Since we do not have any

other arrangement for the dinner night/catering and the venue.I will like you to take charge

of the night.Note that it is for 30 people that is 15 couples,the meal plan will be a 3 course

meal with good wine to go with.We will also require a birthday cake(chocolate) with 42 written

on the cake because it is actually my wife's 42nd birthday.
Please employ the services of a photographer to cover the event the floral colors has to be

lemon green and orange since those are jasmine's favorite colors.Jazz should also be the music

of the night since most of the arriving guests are matured.The dinner event will be on the

20TH of SEPT and it will last from 6.pm till 10.pm

I got the same message 10 days ago, always from Louis Madison, to organize his wedding on 17th October 2014. Could someone tell me which the aim of all this? What's the final result of this? Qualcuno può dirmi l'obiettivo di questi raggiri? A cosa mirano?

Desde La mancha (España) hemos recibido un correo similar. Veo que este tipo va variando el nombre. Alguien sabe como efectúa la estafa???

We also received this request. This time the name Collin Churchill came up again. I gave this guy a call on the phone number he presented.  He also gave his address as  26 second avenue, London, E179QH, United Kingdom, Mr Collin Churchill, +447011129064. He pretended he couldn't hear me on the phone. We will report this to London Metropolitan Police as a possible scam.

I got his check today in Milan from the same person wanting the same event
