Woman with Indian accent saying "Hello, I am Maria from the Window's Service Centre".  I put the phone down, how many of these numbers do they have? I think they just generate their own.

same here, indian accent male, computer scam, strung him along for 10 minutes, when asked to access my computer I gave an excuse and he ended call.

Male caller with strong American accent telling me he was with Windows Operating Systems. He hung up when I didn't respond.

I have just had a call- yesterday morning too- an Asian man from Windows Re my computer... Yesterday I put the phone down - today I told him to remove my number as I was ex directory - that I would take legal advice- he said you call police- I call SPI??

I just tell them I will fetch the computer person and keep them hanging on for as long as possible. Even tell them to hang on the person won't be long.

08.30 Asian accent -  Female - claiming to be Microsoft Engineer - threatened to de-register PC operating system unless instructions were followed. When requested, she was unable to advise which operating system currently being used!
