You have called my number several times in the last week and sometimes at an interval of
about ten minutes. When I answer the call you wait a few seconds and then you hang up. Who are you?????

This is a result of call-centre software - If there are 20 ppl to handle calls and 1/3 of all calls aren't answered, the system will dial 30 people on the assumption that only 20 will answer. If a 21st picks up, you get silence while it tries to find a free agent, then it cuts the call.

I don't like that they do it, but that's why...

Deeply unpleasant Asian probably Indian caller who proceeded to ask personal questions. I told him to copulate himself and never ever to ring again. This is the sort of filth who pester you simply ignoring any published standards. I hope he and his ilk desist forever.
