Anyone any idea who this might be trying to call me. I answered it, got silence and then they hung up?

called by someone with an Asian (possibly Indian) accent.  Asked various questions and claimed to be exempt from Telephone Preference Sevice.  A few days later i got a call from the above number which was actually prefixed with my local code.  Similar accent and "trying to save me money".  Eventually hung up on him as he wouldn't accept that i didn't particularly want to provide him with personal financial details.

I got calls from this number as well as from 0064684526 trying the usual scam thing! Starting with marketting then onto selling ... I'd hang up before the Indian accented caller got to selling. I have a reason to believe that my name and number were leaked out from THREE Mobile.
