i need to find out this number is on my cellphone it is coded all night thay talk back and forth and i have to pay the bill so if you could help i wood be thank full

I am being charged for several of calls from unknown numbers such as the one listed above, & I want to know exactly what it is & where it is coming to & from!

all night long

Received my April bill from Verizon and it said that I sent a text message to this number (0080001204).  I checked my phone and it showed no text were sent.   I called verizon wireless and they said that they do not track text messages and they gave me this number and do no know who it is.
