Just received a call claiming to be from talk talk tech dept . Telling me I had a problem with my router .  Over the past 3 months this must have been my 15th call with different numbers .when I asked to speak to manager they hung up .

same again Just received a call from the above no , the trick is they connect your line through team viewer to their server and then they have full access to you computer and you are under their mercy , they can corrupt all your files , never trust any one on the phone

Had a call from so called talktalk to say I have a problem with my router. Told him to hang on then just left phone off hook. Would not trust anybody who cold calls

Had two calls from this number today saying same thing. They hung up when I when I ask to SPK to a manager. Second time I told them where to go. Reported to real talktalk customer services.
