I've had two calls from this number today on my business phone.  This is really annoying, as this number is not in the public domain.

I had a call from this Cold Calling Company , when I asked who they were, they ignored my question , but did admit they were in Birmingham & thought they had my details from a phone company, when I traced back their outgoing number & found out the link to Talk Talk,rang Talk  Talk, I spoke to Lynnette Lee, a manager in Talk Talk, Northampton Office (0800 0490948) who was surprised there had been any problem with EMS as they have never heard of any problems or complaints regarding calls from EMS. So if your not happy ring Lynnette Lee & make a complaint.

I am getting sick of this number calling me at least twice a day for the last two weeks! They hang up straight away when picked up and when i call back it just rings and rings. As for the number above (Lynette's). The line is now dead!

I reckon it should be a watchdog issue.... I'm emailling them straight away!

We got the call and i tried to phone it back but it won't let me connect me who evers doing it stop it.

This number has been ringing non stop since 7pm last evening stopped around 9pm then started again this morning at 9am and still ringing every 10 -15 minutes today.

Have been receiving calls from this number for days.

I just picked the phone up to this number, when like many of you report, the line started to ring and I got a message saying they were from Talk Talk and they were sorry they had missed me, but they would try again.
I too am concerned that I will be charged for this as the phone started ringing.
There should be a law against this.  I can't believe they can get away with it.

this number called me 2 times. the man underground was talking about restaurant which i did not understand.

Have had several calls over last couple of days. I have caller i.d. and just don't answer.It rings 3-4 times then cuts off. These calls seem to happen at around 5pm and 8pm.

who are these people.

I too am getting persistent phone calls and it is getting beyond annoying. Over the past 2 weeks, they have phoned between 4 and 5 times a day. In fact, the past hour, they have phoned twice. How do i get them to stop?

As an FYI I have been registered with the TPS for years.

They just called me and it was Jigsaw saying they were calling on behalf of leisure services.  He started a speal and I said look you can carry on but I won't be buying.  He said, what even if I am going to save you money.  I said yes.  He called me weird and hung up.

I am exD so Im assuming Iv'e put my number somewhere online recently and its been sold on, cos Im getting quite a lot of the cold sell calls lately.

i had a call from this number wouldnt say who he was but was asking personal questions

i then rung the number back and seemed to get through to a forgein speaking recorded message

Was rung last night and I hung up.  on doing 1471 when I came home to-day I had another call from this number.  Rang it back and then it rang on somewhere else.  Who is paying US! so I put phone down.  I am on telehone preference too, seems they are worthless too.  On Friday I had call from Vodaphone.  Its disgusting.  WILL SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT PLEASE = WHERE IS THE LAW IN THIS COUNTRY THAT STOPS THIS!
- WHO EVER PHONES NEXT WILL GET A WHISTLE BLOWN DOWN THE PHONE AT THEM - CAUSE I WILL FIGHT BACK.

I received a call from this number this evening, when I answered I got the ringing tone as if I was ringing someone myself! I quickly hung up with the nervous thought that I would be paying silly money for making a call which I dint make, if you understand what I mean!

This is disgraceful behaviour from any company especially when Iam ex-directory and on the preference list. Time some action was taken against this lot.

the number called me,totally silent on the other end,waited about thirty seconds then whomever they were they hung up,i cant stand crank callers.

They call on behalf of some big names, like Carphone Warehouse  (that explains the reference to Talk Talk), Allianz Insurance, AIG Insurance and OneTel. They are owned by someone called "Jigsaw Insurance Marketing". Here are the details of the parent company (data from Companies House)

Cold calling like this is simply illegal.  Report them to OFCOM or the Information Commissioner.

i phoned the above number and they said it wouldnt happen again as i recieved another crank call about 2 minutes past seven,lets see if the matter is resolved,only time will tell.

I just called the number for EMS having recieved a call. I spoke to someone who was quite helpful and said she'd take my number off the list so I won't receive another call. Let's see how true that is though!

I =had the recorded message to sya they'd tried calling me on behalf of TalkTalk but are sorry they couldn't get hold of me...which is bizarre seeing as I picked up after 1 ring so not sure how they could've missed me!
