Message regarding nuisance calls from Telecoms UK

This was a recorded message offering to sell telephones that asked callers to identify themselves and then gave you 4 options.  It made a lot of sense but at the end gave you 2 options 5 to buy or 9 to stop all further calls from them.  I listened to the message a second time then pressed 5 to say I wasn't ready to buy yet but might discuss it with my wife and get back to them.  The 'phone went dead.  What is this company?

Telecoms UK have a warning on their website to say that a scam company is using their name in an effort to get people to "buy" call blocking 'phones.  This will probably invlve giving them bank or card details. Telecoms UK request thst such calls are reported to Action Fraud as they have akready informed  AF what is happening.
