Caller hung up

Silence then hung up. Had a call about 2 hours earlier with silence then a recorded message saying "goodbye" but that one was caller withheld.

few seconds of silence when phone answered then caller hung up.

Woman with very thick Indian accent saying  to be from BT telling you that she sees that your internet connection keeps getting slower. Did not go into any other conversation other than to tell her to go scam someone else.

Lady with very thick Indian accent spoke very fast said she was from BT said my computer is been hacked right now! and that i must turn my computer on and let them have remote access right away or my computer will no longer work. SCAM!!

Called 3 times in 2 days. Claimed to be BT twice, (mail Indian accent) about Internet, 3rd time silence

Twice now I've taken calls from this number, same woman with strong Indian accent, first time she said she was from BT, second time she claimed to be Talk Talk, told me my broadband was faulty and asked if I'd noticed any problems with it being slow or crashing, to which I said no, then she said somebody was using my wifi without my permission/knowledge and told me that I needed to go and sit in front of PC so she could 'talk me through what I needed to do', wtf ?! Anyhoo the first time I just laughed and said she was talking rubbish, she then promptly hung up, but the second time I said I'd had the same call from someone claiming to be BT, she said "ok stay safe" and hung up, no idea what she would've told me to do next, I'm almost intrigued !!

Just had second call from this number. First was silence, last week. Todays: Indian voice, male, 'how are you today madam' (kiss of death with me). Then 'I'm calling about your internet, I'm from BT Openreach, I need to ask you some questions....'   All my alarm bells were ringing so I just told him I didn't have openreach and hung up.

Scam. Indian chap saying he was from BT, that there was a problem with my internet and viruses were being downloaded. I hung up & blocked number.

Had call twice in one day! Saying you have a problem with you're Windows! Strange no computer same accent Indian! Very poor communications skills! Blocked number! It's a scam! Beware!

Scam.  caller with Asian accent claiming to be from BTopenreach saying they had monitored our hub activity and it was downloading malicious viruses to the computer.  When i said i would ask my IT manager to investigate he put the phone down

I didn't answer as one of my friends has received a few calls from this number fortunately he told them where to go

Missed call from this lot. Thanks to those who took the trouble to post about this (spoofed) number, I shall be ready and waiting for them the next time.

Yeah Right , As if you would be taken in by a 10 digit number after all these years of posting. Don't drop to his level.

Trust me, I wasn't. I just like to know what brand of scamster I shall be trashing when they eventually call back.

Just had a call starting with the hello mam I am from  BT - calling about your bt broadband . Thick  Indian accent.  So I asked him who I was !
This caused  him considerable confusion after telling me again he was bt,  I said  we'll if you are you know who I am and where I live .
Bye bye .

abusive caller,became sexually abusive and threatening when challenged about being a scam.Not scared as he is probably in the black hole of Calcutta.

Lady with thick indian accent called 21/03/16 saying she was BT Openreach and that someone was putting programs onto my pc every time I went onto the internet. I was able to do 1471 to get her tel no. Having almost been caught before, I hung up and called BT who confirmed it was not a call from BT but was a scam

Got a call from this number they mumbled something couldn't make it out called again same thing then they called again just ignored this time.

This caller claimed to be from Bt ,wanting to access my computer.
