It says that it is coming from a yahoo account.

Ya I know this number its from a woman who contacted me thru Cragilist.com offered me a job to do checks for there company. I'm really pissed I fell for this

My spouse got a message simular to all the ones on here that people are
sending in and we all need to put a stop to it right away. It said it was
from a shy person. This is not at all funny for someone to be trying to
mess up marriages. I'll just pray that whoever he or she is that the good
Lord will make them stop this nonsense.

I've been getting some RIDICULOUS Yahoo messages from 924-664-01 from megsacutie87. Started off sexual - whatever, I expected that. But they knew way too much about me - even where I lived and what floor. They never peddled a website. It's either someone playing a prank, or something much more invasive. There's only a handful of people that know where I live, since I recently moved, and none of them would do anything like this. Still trying to figure this one out.

i got a call saying a friend gave them my number they said they were shy a rip off I thought my phone company had taken care of these calls ,I have husband dying of cancer these calls are upsetting I don't have time for thisx2z8

Got repeated text messages from 924-665-01. A woman that saw my profile on a web based dating service and I began communications just over a week ago. Apparently, we hit it off and I gave her my cell number. She (or whom ever it was) would text me when I was away from the computer to see where I was and when I was to be back on line. Eventually, she said she was in Ibadan Nigeria handling her dead father's estate (whom died in her arms). She said that he had left her 9.1 million dollars in two boxes that were at some security comp. She said that she had no one that she could trust and wanted me to be the benificiary. She said that the security company would be in touch with me on monday via email or telephone to arrainge the two boxes for delivery. After I heard all this I researched this hotel she was supposed to be in and found no such place. I then responded to her that there was no listing and she was "dissapointed" that I did not trust her. I said: "You know the NSA monitors all overseas correspondance don't you"? She says: "I don't know this" and all communication has ceased...

I got a couple of texts from 924-665-01, with a person's yahoo name attached to it. It's someone I used to know, who just started texting me again recently from his yahoo messenger acct. I think 924-665-01 is a generic yahoo number, but there is usually supposed to be a screen name attached and it is possible for people on yahoo to text you in this way. So for those of you who are finding this on your husband's or wife's phones, they could very well be chatting with someone on yahoo. This guy from yahoo who keeps texting me is a real live person I used to know who is married now and probably doesn't want his wife to see that he is contacting me... so he sends a text to my phone via his computer's yahoo acct at work, rather than calling me or texting me from his phone where his wife can trace it!

yahoo messenger has sent me a message from 924-665-01 with the handle crazi_gurl420 i believe she or he is a stalker. they have described my clothing that im wearing and sexually harrased me over the messenger space. i have filed a report with my local states attorneys office as this is an illegal activity & with the craiglist killer and the others that have been found...i hope this one is found also. thank you, tylersgirl7787.

I received a text message and want to know who it was from.

I got a text from this number this morning with the screen name roaddobs attached to it. I just posted my resume on craigslist last nite, & received this text at 8:49am today. It says "Good day. Are you still in need of job? email roaddobs@aol.com or fax resume to 858-244-0845." So I googled the fax number, & it shows all these ads posted on craistlist with the number in Houston, Miami, & other states. So obviously a scam. Beware!

this number is appearing on my husband's cell,how do i find out who it is? we are having problems to start with, first a 14 yr old text him alot and also a 26 yr old felony. can you please let me know where this is coming from

I received a text from an anthoneylong. I don't know who this person is. The first text said hello? Four minutes later a second text came through that said Alright b**** on September 27, 2009. I want to know who this is and how they got my number because when I do someone got a a** kicking coming! What the hell...

I have a new # and started getting text msg's last night, asking how I am, don't you remember me, they asked me to go on to tylin$666@yahoo.com and have a chat and didn't stop texting untill I shut off my phone

i received a text and was very weird
it says the same thing but the # it came from was weird

Well its not always so innocent....I found out that my boyfriend had been talking to a girl on yahoo messenger late one nite when I was sleeping and then a week later I found out that he had given her MY cell phone number so she could text him because I got a text from this 924-665-01 with her name underneath the number. He admitted that he had been talking to her. She was sending text messages from yahoo messenger. So its not always so innocent. If you find this number on your boyfriends/girlfriends/husbands/wifes phone then they r more than likely talking to somebody on the internet...beware!

This is a scam.  It does not mean that your husband or boyfriend is contacting someone online. As a matter of fact if you look at the google hits it is more often then naught some ploy to get people to pay at a sight somewhere along the line.  Just because someone writes back to a vague message to find out what the hell is going on does not mean that they are cheating on you get a clue.

I've found several of these msge on my husbands phone from a darling nicki. when it 1st started she asked for $$ & to send to Nigeria. Now i learn he's playing along w/ her & wont send her any $$ but she sextes him & he plays back. ive found him surfing swinging sites so i dont believe its 100% nigera.  i am being very cautious.

I recieved a text from 924-665-01 named chinadgarcia that siad "hey big head". I asked who it was and they never responded.
