I got a call from this number (0100012998). The lady spoke very fast confirming some of my details and just wanted me to confirm a postal address.  Has anyone received a call from this number

I too got a call from this number today but did not answer. Very strange number though.

I receive a call yesterday (19 Jan 2012) from this number(0100012998) then suddenly this morning (20 Jan 2012) somebody took my money from my bank account. Please help. My phone number is 0767265677

this morning 20 Jan 2012 I too got a call from this number twice, but I was in a meeting and could not answer. too scared to check my balance in case the money's gone

Received a call from this number as well called me thrice; never answered my phone

I also received a call yesterday from someone saying they work for Premium advantage and they trying to confirm my postal address and DOB to send a "letter" to me. They had a postal address but I didn't confirm nor for my DOB. I hung up as I was questioning this lady on the phone as to WHY? they would need this information and she said they work in conjunction with the Post Office. I smell a scam here.
Please advise if you have any further details.

I also had 3 calls from this number today again. I didn't answer.

0100012998 has been phoning me 2 to 3 times an hour today. I haven't been taking the calls.

The same number 0100012998 phoned me 3 times today. The 3rd time I picked up and they said they were from Premium advantage which seems to be a direct mail marketing company when googled.They spelt out my name and number and address and asked for confirmation as they had "letters" to send to me. I hung up without confirming anything.So annoying !

I've just confirmed my DOB and postal address to the lady calling me from "Premium Advantage" with this phone number +27100012998. She said that there is a promotion in their company at Midrand Branch, so they want to send me some parcels. What will happen now because i am afraid something wrong is about to happen to my bank accounts.

I got a missed call from this number
And phoned back 2 times and an american
voicemail tells me ext 911 is busy on the line
and that i should leave message but then it says
mailbox is full and the call is over strange number
but will take up advice not to give or confirm any
information but we must warn the people arround
us also

Yep - I've also received numerous calls from +27100012998 - I've instructed the caller three times to remove my information from their database as I wish not to be contacted again - but the calls just keep coming.Also received spam calls from  +271000011040 +27211400011

I have received a phone call from this number a couple of days ago. The lady spoke very unclearly and only addressed me by my first name, no surname or nothing. She wanted to confirm my address but I told her we moved. When she asked for my new address I wanted to know why and the line became very unclear. I hung up. Since then they have been phoning me two/three times a day but I reject the call. Who are these people?

First they call you from an unknown number or an cell number and when you pick up they prentend that it is an incorrect number or something they have to cell. They download an app on your phone during the initial call. From then onwards this number and also 087 numbrers or unknown numbers phone, there is nobody on the other side, it is computer generated. They then use your phone like a switchboard to transfer calls via your cell. Tell me is your cell account very high or pay as you go down quickly? On itemise billing is shows as normal cell calls. It is the staff of one cell phone company we work closely in our IT department with them and befriended some of the guys and they told us. Beware of that specific company. They will have all your contact details and just want to keep you on line. I dont know if any other cell company also has the problem but definitely this one

i got a call from this number,spoek to the lady by the name of lindiwe,she wanted me to confirm my adress,told her i'm not interested ,its a scam

I also received a call from that lady...this morning, she became quite rude saying that if she didn't get the details she asked for she will get fire!!! hopefully she gets fired.

please help today i recieved a call from 0100012998 did not really understand because ths zulu lady called me she said she's in randburg and wanted to confirm my details, she knew my names, address and even my id number and said she'll send a welcome starterpack in 2 weeks time i'll recieve it please help really worried what do i do now?
