Someone calls me from this number and he is very rude and harassing

First time call to my home phone from this number. Caller ID "reported unknown". Just curious...

constantly ever evening/afternoon contacted from someone (twice tonite from this number) selling either electricity, gas or home services now fed up with the constant disturbence.

I got the first call call from this number. I wasn't home and somebody else said when I come. They called later and asked to send them Con-Ed bills. I asked the women speaking to me why should I do it. She said that I had already agreed for the services and received the agreement number. I refused to give them the bills. She called me a liar.

This number calls frequently, twice just tonight.  While it's ringing, this number (011-000-0000) shows up.. but after the call the caller ID says "out of area".   NONE of our calls are supposed to say "out of area"; as they've updated our system...

Very strange number.   If we can report them and file charges.. we will.

Enough is enough...

Female voice, strong accent, said she was calling about my computer.  I played along with her and said there was something wrong with my computer.  She said to turn on my computer and she would fix all my problems!  I led her on a little more, but she got confused and hung up.  Lots of background noise, maybe a foreign country.

The phone number is from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

money was debited from my account with out my knowledge
I only found out today and this is stressing me
