I received a message saying" RICA:- Congratulations!!,your cellphone number won R350 000 in RICA 2012 promo draw,REF.00350RSA.pls call 0110753915 for your cash prize thank you." So I was wondering who uses those number

I also got a text message this morning advising me of a 350000 win. What interests me is why the authorities have not yet clamped down on these fraudsters. It seems to me that crime DOES pay. Otherwise these perpetrators would move to greener pastures. They surely also have costs unless they have 'contacts' in the system who share their spoils. In SA I would imagine the latter to be more likely.

I also won R350000. with same ref nr as Joanne. from cell nr 0791469539 and contact nr 0110753915.

Interesting to let you know that the above mentioned number now appear on the loan agreement for a company called Citizenloan which according to the address they are based in Cape Town but the office number is (011) which means Johannesburg.

The cell number is now 074 653 5988, people take chances, they claim that they approved a R100k loan for me but I must first make an immediate deposit of R3 875 for contract and admin fee. How ridiculous is that.
