Being getting lots of calls from this number 3 times a day, never answered and don't intend to, I know my phone's due an upgrade and getting loads of nuisance calls from lots of numbers!!

Calls every day on my mobile for about a month now - never leaves a message, it's getting annoying!! Will probs pick up next time & post their info on here :)

Just dialled them back & recorded message is 'Welcome to Free Upgrades' - Googled them & it looks like this is the company calling us all: www.freeupgrades.co.uk

this number calls me all day long. I'm expecting important family calls and keep having to check the number - really annoying. also due an upgrade - can't they get the message that if I wanted to upgrade I would!

This number has called me everyday for about the last month. I don't want whatever it is they are selling otherwise I would ring them. They are a pain in the a*s*!!!!
I guess it is because my phone contract is almost up.
LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

They have been calling me a few times everyday for the last 3 or 4 weeks, leaving no messeges, yes im due for an upgrade, but i have been due one for a bout a year and only now getting this number ring me!
So im not gonna answer to whoever this is!

Now, here's an idea! A freepnone number is basically a direct reverse charge call, if you or your mates find any landline, all phone it and say, "You received a spam phone call so you're just returning the favour" without doing any business, by the time you've finished talking you've cost them 20p each time they get a nuisance call!
Consumers get their own back legally this way! Good luck... I'm off to find a phonebox!!

I work in a hospital and have to switch my mobile off during the day.  When I switch on each afternoon, without fail is one or more missed calls from the above.  Strangely, T-Mobile text me each time to say that the call I missed was from 0113 242 5900!

Sometimes they call in the evening too - when they call I see 0113 205 1169 on my display but nothing is saved on my Missed Calls screen - it's just blank.  I ignore their calls!

This 'company' have called me 7 times so far today. when they call i reject it so i hope they get the message. im tempted to shout at them down the phone but i dont know if they would charge me for the call instead! its so annoying, im happy with my phone company and if i wasnt then i would use my own initiative to find another company not have them hassling me all the time! grrr.

I am so fed up with these............  even if I answer the phone they hang up.  Called straight back at 7.01 to be told they close at 6.00.   How can this be.... they are calling on mobile and landline and I am p****d off..

I have received half a dozen calls each day over the last 4 weeks, each time there is nobody there.  The parent company for 'FreeUpgrades.co.uk' is Mistral Telecom, Danwood House, 126 Gelderd Road, Leeds, LS12 6DQ.  I have just rung to gain info as to where they have obtained my number, to which they stated it was provided by T-Mobile. Strange because I work for T-Mobile (Senior Management Level) and we do not share any info with external companies, especially a competitor (very loose term)! Unfortunately, companies such as 'this' (read between the lines) exist and all we can do is complain to Ofcom, as noted by Jude. Why would you do business with such a firm ?!?!?!?

I also have a contract with T-Mobile due for an upgrade and I'm being absolutely hounded by agencies trying to sell me broadband or upgrade packages. I have written to them to request how they got my information and proof of my permission to contact me, they have 40 days to provide it.

They get your number from data collection agencies who get them from the networks. If you dont answer the phone or reject the call its gets put back into the system. The best thing to do is ask them never to call or call them back and ask to be taken off the system. Hope this helps :) (used to work for them).

I fell for the service from Freeupgrades who put me on the 3 network.This was a total disaster as the phone a Nokia 3120 is faulty,it has been repaired twice and they refuse to replace it.I am furious about 3 and Freeupgrades as they are both in cahoots and the service is appalling.I have asked for a replacement phone under the 1982 Sales and Goods Actbut they will not comply.I asked to terminate my contract and was told today that I would have to pay a hefty fee.
