I too got a call today from one so called "Suchana Adhikari" named Riya Verma from 9546685414 and was told about a complained against me was lodgrd in Navi Mumbai and since this could not be decided there the file is now transferred to Delhi court. She refused to tell me any details regarding the case or complint and sdvised to contact Advocate SK Pandey, whose mobile No is 8292709002 for the details. she also gave me a file No DC 4152/11 and told me that the file will open in the court within half an hour.
SK pandey did not responded to my call. On calling 9546685414 again some Tyagi lifted the phone and when i enquired about the lady who called me, the "Suchna Adhikari" Riya Verma again told me similar things.

THERE ARE MANY SUCH WRITING ON THESE PAGES BY SO MANY PEOPLE WHO HAS SUFFERED AND WASTED TIME WITH THESE UNSRUPLUS OPERATORS.

CAN AND WILL DELHI POLICE DO SOME THING ABOUT THESE THUGS.

Today I received call from lady ( 9718995137) claimed to be calling from Tis Hazari Information Department. She told me that some company have filed case against me under IPC 403 and told me to contact some advocate for more information.

I told her to first send a notice and then only my LAWYER will respond. These are some THUGS trying to make some quick bucks.

Do not get panic and tell them to send notice and you will response as per your convenience.

No reason to worry at all, these debt collector in case of Relaince call from a call center operated either from patel nager or lajpat nager area delhi.

Solution: in case you guys receive such calls, tell them upfront you will register a police case against the harassment.

today i also got a call from a 9311839168 he told me that he was calling from tees hazari court & tell me to call to advocate Anjali verma on her cell phone no.07428258909.

Today I also got a call today from Mr. Dharamveer Tyagi (9891429060) saying that he is calling from Tis Hazari court and a case under 420 was being registered in my name unless I call the lawyer Mr. Rathod (09650110926) within 5 minutes. As I did not call back in 10 minutes, he gave me call saying that I have still not contacted Mr. Rathod and informed be to call quickly. I still did not contact the lawyer so after 1 hour I got a call from some person claiming to  be a sub inspector in delhi police (7838637829) and he threatened to take action against me unless I contact the lawyer in 5 minutes. This time I called the lawyer, who informed me that reliance have registered a case against me and unless I pay Rs. 2800/- by 4:30 pm the case will be processed and a warrant will be issued under my name. I become afraid but I googled this and found this website where I came to know that this is some recovery agents calling.

i have got a call from this no today 8802729288 lady said im calling you from patiala court delhi.... then she said ill call in some time but she never called back and thought its some thing fishy and then i have found this thread on google...

Even i got the call from 7428827351 saying that he is from "MAHITI DEPARTMENT" and provided me the number of R K Chauhan 7838637829 as he is the public prosecutor. This gut told me that i have a case in Delhi High Court for pending bill Reliance. And said to pay the bill if I want to finish the matter out of court before 4.30 PM. today.

I am going to file complaint against this two numbers for  Mentally harassing me and also against Reliance Communications for doing all this stuff.

My parents got the similar call. Exactly same verbiage. Be aware of this prank and try to educate your family not to get worried and search in the net before taking any action. Fortunately i landed in this page and got relieved.

i also got a call from same guys...claiming to be advocates & threatened to file 420 case. told me to pay immediately. i do have some amt pending which i will py, but are these ppl jst recovery agents or wht. Can we tak any action against them if they call again n again

Do not pay them the money-they will just keep it for themselves and not pay the creditor. It is much better to contact the creditor and pay them directly.

You will need to block these calls-these people can harass you and make your life miserable. If they are calling your landline, contact your service provider and ask if call-blocking is available. If they're calling your smartphone, look on your screen for an app market icon, click on it and search for call-blocking apps. Open the app, enter their number in the space provided, and follow the prompts. For all other cellphones, contact your service provider.

You should also report them to the authorities in your country in charge of prosecuting telephone and Internet crime. In my country it is the Internet Crime Control Center www.IC3.gov . They are currently investigating them.

Hi i am  also 1 of u now, recd a call from one mr parteek kaushik saying he s frm tis hazari court & that there was a case of fraud against me (file no.102/11), his no-01132075952. i replied wth confidence that it just cannot be & that i will talk to my advocate. he got jittery at this & told me there s no need for that n that i shd contact Mr SK Rathore at 09311564908. thank God as soon as i entered rathore on the internet i reached this pg....he s still pursuing me let s c wat he says now

same call  from avtar singh from some tees hazari court saying a casee against me..  
he told me to call advocate anjali verma .. twas regarding collection of tata photon bill...  
be logical..  y will an advocate call  u instead of a written notice..  and y will court call u on phn...  :)

I got call from so-called delhi court wale - 7351324794 & landline +911408909913, and some person called advocate anil mishra - 07830943168 asking me to settle a WRONGLY generated Airtel bill!

I knew something was fishy but I've paid the amt so that they CAN'T claim for any usage charges - now I'm filing a case against Airtel and mentioning all the numbers, and I'm going to teach them a lesson for taking shoddy ways and claiming wrong payments!

We started getting these calls from number 08743830139 using the same story of case being registered all the stupid crap. People are abusive and gave the number of some advocate AK Singh number 09718941686. These numbers should be reported in Police. I am doing so for these numbers so that they are traced and these people taught a lesson.

Even I got a call from 8750855386 telling the story of forgery case. He was using abusive langauge and gave number of advocate AK Singh with number 09718941686. Some action should be taken againt these people. I am giving these number to police.
