Hey, As far as I am aware, 011 376 4000 is owned by Standard Bank’s Credit Card Fraud department. Answer if they phone.

As usually advised in such cases it is best to call them back on the number shown on the reverse of your card.

Andrew's advice is a bit too confusing for my liking.   On the one hand he says to answer, but his description of the caller clearly includes the word "Fraud".      No real case for answering.
