Got a missed call with no voice message. Called them back, rang briefly and got hung up.

Got missed calls from 0116880400 on both my cell phone and work number and when i call the number back it is just ringing then gets cut off , no massage was left for me and don't who called me.

Yes,got the call from the same number..called back rings & hangs up..Any feedback or should we just call Telkom

i also just got a call from this number. 011 6880400 without any voicemail...........who could this be??? my guess is that it could be one of those agents trying to sell insurance / cellfone contracts.

I have, in the past 10 minutes, received 2 calls from this number.  I don't answer because from previous experience I know the person won't talk... Stop wasting your time and effort to phone me!

I called Telkom 10212, spoke to Berenize, this is a number registered under Edcon.

I dont even have a credit card with thsi group, so it means they are making cold calls or doing number confirmations or something of the sort. typical.

I got a missed call from this number 011 6880400. Called them back, rang and got hung up.

I also got a call from this number, telkom doesnt seem to be able to help me, PLEEASE can someone from telkom clarify as to whether this is some sort of fraud..or?

Make sure that you have not recently acquired a "Call Answer" on your landline. The messages you have received will cause a stutter dialing tone prompting you to retrieve your messages. Alternatively, the SYSTEM WILL PHONE YOU....Obviously phoning this number is pointless!

This is the Edgars Call centre..I have also been getting endless miss calls from them. And even when I answer the call it goes dead. But two days ago they phoned me and actually spoke, wanting to offer me some Edgars financial serveice, I promplty told them to go kick rocks, and stop phoning me.
I have logged a complaint on HelloPeter against Edgars..
