Got a couple of missed called from this south african number, very irritating

Got a call from this number claiming that i had apparently lost my credit card, when i had not. They dialled my home and when asked for a name and contact number to get back to them the lady simply said she doesnt have a direct line.

I got a call from this number would love to know who called

I think they are actually trying to get information from you. i disconnected my phone, eg. removed the battery so that whatever is being copied to my phone, cannot finish.

i am a programmer and these types of "attacks" on phones are very common. do not use your phone for any bank related issues or even discuss your bank details over any mobile phone. Ever heard about number cloning? Well that they can do...it is not just on TV where we see these thing happening while watch our favourite CSI or Spy Program.

Just turned my phone on again and it was installing something...try to get a virus scanner or spyware scanner for your phone...

"BIG BROTHER", is watching us...

Same I got a missed call from this number 0118580000, I wont bother calling them back.

I also got 2 missed calls from this number when i phone back they answer and then hang up
it really is very annoying
