Calls received continuously from this number, no one speaks when I answer. Want to know from whom?

i had a missed call from the above number when i try to call the number back there is no answer and who ever is sometimes use 0119817200 number. So please if you can help me find out who is this person

my wife has been getting missed calls from 011 981 6600/600/7200, with no voice from the other side. at first we just though its a stalker, but with so many calls in a day and over a week we had a second thought as she is currently job hunting. we called back to check who was calling unfortunately we experienced same results. till we visited google only to find that there are many complaints and concerns about this number. can someone do something about it please>>  

This number keeps calling me and when i call back there is no answer.....

Im getting calls from this number.are they bored or have no work with their life.
