I keep getting calls from this number. Who are they?

I have been receiving calls from this number and they ask to speak to my little brother and drop the call immediately. sometimes the moment i pick it up they hung up before they say anything or where they are calling from

Yup they do the same to me

they have my number listed as someone else's number so they keep harassing me

they have called from 0119810000, 0119818100, 0119816800

Either they are rude and cocky or they just don't speak and hang up

I've logged a complaint on hellopeter.com with Standard bank

Please block this number cos am tired of receiving calls from it and this person dnt speak
