Had a phone call from Chris @ Premier Law Claims. I am entitled to a £8000 -£10,000 rebate. Can not find any ref to firm or number on Google. Am phoning back 2moro wants details about my first mortgage lender.

Premier Law are just a money making rip off, they took £495 upfront fees off me, I never heard another thing off them, please be aware it's a made up scam,
Do not hand any money over to them

I have been getting numerous amount of these calls from a company called Premier Laws saying I was entitled to a similar figure to the one above. £5000 they could GUARANTEE me in my back pocket. Surely though if you can GUARANTEE something I do not need to put down a £500 deposit to ''get things started''. My friend used this company back in March and he tried ringing the company back (after he had paid £250) but they said they had no recollection of him and couldnt give him his money back

They have called me tonight asking exactly the same. Thanks for the heads up! Companies like these should be [***] closed down, taking advantage of peoples greed and putting families into a deeper financial crisis that what they are in at the moment. PISS TAKE

Got a call from this tel number saying they were from Heaton Legal cannot find them when I googled name. Saying may be entitled to compensation re mis selling mortgage. I haven't given any info they are ringing back tomorrow seems like it is a scam, will warn them I am reporting to police re how they got my details

I find this hard to believe as the company only started operating June the 1ST of this year.

Funny 5 positive comments in 2 days in a row, I bet you five work for Retrieve or Premier Law!  Retrieve / Premier Law have not made one successful claim and it takes 6-9 months to recieve money back therefore if the company was only set up in June this year they couldn't have made a successful claim - logic.  Where is their track record if only established in June this year?  Look on the Ministry Of Justice Website - they are not registered as a company = SCAM

any one else find it a coincidence that there is five positive comments about this fraud company in a row....somehow i think maybe the company has clocked on a got a few member of staff to write a few good comments about it. Also no one has been paid out by this company or they wouldnt change their names 3 times and have an address that takes you too a mens hostel.

When i was contacted by this bloody company of theives they told me i could claim thousands but wanted an upfront fee of £495.00.  I am UNEMPLOYED for gods sake.   if you want to helpme can premier law lend me the money

I understand Premier Law has not been fined by the FSA they should be more than fined they should be locked up.  I dont know where they got my details from I dont care about mis selling if i am entitled to money back then someone can get it back for me for FREE and charge £500.00.   What about my DATA PROTECTION. Who gave them my details.

thats what they rang you for , i got a call just the same and was dubious about it but looked on google for home and county and found they had been on panorama , my case is now being dealt with by the solicitor and am due several thousand pound

They are targetting Hull today and are going under the name of Eaton Law! BEWARE!!!

just got the same sort of letter through the door  10mins ago and its just taken me 8mins to find this site and prove to myself what the rest of you have just confermed.. what a load of TOSH.
