Will be a waste of time from a line allocated to Wavecrest (UK) Ltd.

Just got a call from this number doing a survey, advised them I wasn't interested, man on phone replied well then we will call u everyday and will not remove ur number from our system. I then advised him if they continue to call I will report them for harassment.

Indian keeps calling once, twice, sometimes three times a day. Also using 01258965081. Asked very nicely to remove my name and his reply was he can't so I threatened police action for harrasment - line went dead. No sure how they channel cals from overseas to GB ones or how they operate using different numbers. Any ideas anyone?

They channel overseas calls to UK through Wavecrest  as mentioned by Old Mother Riley above.   They simply rent different numbers whenever they want.     The 01258965081 is a fake number.    That block of numbers has been held back from allocation.    I would guess the line went dead because he hung up on you.   Threats of UK Police action would have no affect on an Indian resident.    Hard enough to get action on UK callers.    

Just called at nearly 1am!!!!! On the landline. Was worried a family member was calling about something important. Morons!!!!

Indian sounding man, missed his name, said it's not a sales call, but a survey about what sort of tv service I have. I asked why, but go no sense. Told him I'm not interested & asked him to take my number off their list. No response, he just hung up.

This number has called me 3 times today, each time I answer there is nothing but silence

Received 12 calls from same number over a period of 14 hours.
First call asking about tvs.
second call asking if I was someone that I wasnt. 3rd to 10th call hung up. 11th and 12th I told them to [***] off.
so decided to send a text message from my almighty custom built house phone.
my reply, to quite simply put it could have been the most harshest message you would see from anyone. I didnt threaten him with police. I threatened him with hackers, ID theives and a request for someone to find his location to torture him to tye point he looks like a food tin with a head bobber. With some luck. He will get the hint. Otherwise I will be finding valuable resources. Lol.

Yes calling me all the time too . It has been going on for a week or so. Any way to stop them? A real nuisance!

Received a call today. When I answered there was no response and they hung up.

Tried using blacking on my landine handset - seee what happens Dont know why they bother as I could not understand a word they said

Had a call from this number today said he was calling from Choice and had a few questions for me to answer told me if I answered them he could assure me I would not be bothered again. I made my own Choice and hung up but probably will be phoned again.

received  a call twice in an hour.  No answer first time, second time asked for some person who doesn't live here, and the they hung up.

I've had 4 calls from this number this evening, the latest was at 2250. No one there then goes dead. At least if someone was there, I could unleash all manor of insults and obscenities.

11.41pm last night. called the number back and it said this number is not accepting calls at this time, please
call later. I did this 5 times but still got the same message so I can't identify the caller.

They call several times a day. Usually silent, sometimes they ask for a someone who does not live here. If I ask who they are they just hang up. They are calling my work number that does not have caller display so I cannot weed them out, which is unfortunate.

I just had a call and he asked for someone that didn't live here, when I told the person that had a strong not english accent that they had wrong number he didn't know what to say other then "errr" I asked for them to remove my number of which he mumbled words I could not understand to which I asked for him to remove my number and then I hung up. Asking for people before saying who they are and where they are calling from FRAUD/DODGY CALL off you ask me out to con some innocent person. They can do one I ain't no fool unlike them calling people.

Been getting calls from this number 3-4 times a day for the past 3 days now, tried ignoring the calls but they are very persistant. When answered an indian speaking man asks for somebody who isn't here. I ask him politely to remove my number and he just hangs up. DAMN ANNOYING!
