Asinon called and to talk about identity theft after asking me to confirm my first name and postcode. Hung up when I refrained from signing up to their 'privacy guard' plan. Very dodgy, if you ask me.

2 calls received, no message left as answer phone clicked in. I am Ex-directory, with TPS and have a Debenhams card which I have never used. I ALWAYS check the information about sharing with other companies etc and also state NO.

If I get anymore I will be contacting Debenhams and complaining about Data Protection etc.

This number is not from a real company. Phoned the police and were told that they may divert call charges for their own pockets. To remedy, phone BT Nuisance Call Advice Department on 0800 661 441 and get the number barred. This is free for 28 days. Don't bother ringing the number, as they have a mangled up company name on their answerphone so that you don't hear their name (presumably they haven't got one anyway, as they're not a bona fide company).

just got a call from them, my dad answered they just hung up, no idea what they wanted as they didn't speak.

Good tip about nuisance call barring. We too are on TPS and ex-directory.

They have called twice, I do not answer if I do not know the number that is displayed. I to am ex directory and TPS..

these keep calling me but always hang up . I just phoned back and left them a message on their voice mail told them to foxtrot oscar

Keep calling me, no message, I hope if they catch me in I can keep talking to them for hours to waste their time and money.

Called a couple of times now, just hung up no message.

Several calls this week at different times of day. All the same result; namely hang up as soon as we answer. I got their number via 1471 and rang back; I got a pre-recorded message saying they were Affinion (Assinion, something like that) and to leave a message if we didn't want to be called again. However, I was unable to do so as the mailbox was (unsurprisingly) full!

Just got back from a long weekend away to find 12 missed calls - no message on the ansaphone tho.  They are pests and should be banned.

this number called me and a man with an Indian/Pakistani accent, who gave an Indian name,he asked for me by name and told me he was calling as there was a case of 'fraudulent use of my Master Card'......I answered that I never spoke about my Banking details on the phone and that my Bank would write to me if they needed to discuss anything with me. He said 'OK, have a nice day' and rang off. We are now getting calls daily that are silent from this number and also calls from a woman who names me ( or my husband) and says they are from our Bank. We have checked with the Bank and the calls are NOT from them.

I just got phoned by this number. They put me onto an answer phone message and I immediately hung up.

I am TPS registered and ex-directory.

If they keep ringing me like they have to people on here, I will find out who they are and take legal action against them.

These fools need to be taken down.

hello,,,the number comes from stellar uk,,they are a telecomunication firm,,,there is about 250 emplpoyees there making calls,,they are hired by affinion international to ring Barclaycard and debanhams cutomers,,,,first of all they ring the B.C customers to try abd sell them " the leisure time offer" basically its all discounts on places,,all very well if you use it,,,they give you 30 days free trial to check it out for yourself and if you want to cancle you can without owing anything,,,they hopw you forget to cancel and they get their money,,,petrol vouchers arent worth it,,,you can only use one in each 1/4 of the year,,and even with that you have to wait for 4 to six weeks for the delivery of your cheque,,,,the you have the Debenhams customers,,,they ring them to offer them identity protection,,,ironically in the same phonecall they expect you to give you your details,,,,same 30 days free rule applies,,,,BASICALLY IF YOU WANT TO STOP THEM FROM RINGING YOU,,TAKE THE CALL,,ASK THEM TO TAKE YOUR NUMBER OFF THE LIST,,,THEY ARE LEGALLY OBLIGED TO DO SO,,AND WILL DO,,i have been doin it for long enough.

4 auto calls TODAY, answered 1 company called Avensis or something. Ofcom tell me it is Debenhams, we have a new store opening in 3 months, coincidence I think not

Called yesterday and today asking if I wanted protection on my Joplings store card - I don't have a Joplings storecard. Sounds like they were ringing to try and scam my bank details out of me!!!
Rang the number back and an old lady answered - prob in with the scam!

I Don't believe for a second its this steller number - I rang it back and an old lady answered who was deaf, and she then out her daughter on - it went to someones landline, SCAM I reckon and I reported it to police! Never had any dealings with Debenhams or Barclaycard

number belongs to Azzuri Comunications... god knows who they are
