    I thought it was a silent call at first but eventually a pre-recorded message came on. I reported it to the Information Commissioner at www.ico.gov.uk - it probably won't make a difference but made me feel a bit better.

    If everyone reported these calls it might make a difference.

    Yes, it will make a difference.  On the news today it was reported that the ICO has fined two men £400,000 (read all those noughts), for sending unsolicited texts and 'phone messages about PPI.  There, does that make you fell better, it does me!

    Who are these people I am TPS registered and ex-directory, so I really have no desire for cold callers!

    PPI refund offered - press 5 to claim or 9 to remove form list - of course I did neither; prsssing numbers jsut tells them its a real phone number!
    Just wish I could sue them under the data protection act!

    Got a recorded message on this number at 09.52 29/11/2012. Something about refunds. Claim it or lose it, I think (my hearing's not too good, no chance/invitation to hear it repeated). Caller rung off.
