called from this number saying I had won a holiday.told them to p--- off. they hung up! Who are they?

This number called me today, the person was male and was giggling and obviously talking to a collegue and then said hello Mrs Smith? Then hung up.

Called today claiming to be representing Visa.  When asked further they couldn't identify which Visa provider I was with or where they had my details from - then they said it could be from Visa or Mastercard.

Went on to confirm they were calling from America and something about winning a holiday.  Sounded dodgy so told them to remove me from the database.

Claimed to be from a travel rewards company. i stated I was not happy with being called at home
He (brandon) said this was not a cold call.
I said when had I requested the call and he said he couldn't say.
I asked him to tell me precisely why he was calling and he said he didn't see why he should because of my attitude.

Picked up, could hear some clattering in the background, I said hello twice then they hung up.

I've just been called by this number too. they didn't leave a message on my answerphone

As above (holiday prize) but then asked out of the blue for  credit card expiry date!

plain silence when I picked up phone.  from the looks of other emails it this guy needs a slapping.

My parents in Holland were called by this number today and got to speak to a guy who claimed they won a holiday worth GBP 3000,00.

Thankfully my father's English is crap so he just hung up! But they did ask him about Visa and Mastercard too.

Called me today at 16.26 in NL. On my (voip) landline. I let the answering machine kick in. No message.

Called me today at 19.30, ameircan speaking woman telling me i won 3000 traveldollars?!

Told them i had no creditcard, they hung up. I do have one lol

Just got a call from them today. American sounding guy claiming he was from Visa offering me 3000 dollars of travel vouchers. Suspicious it would be in dollars. I listened to the guy wanting to verify passport info and hung up.

Similar to Max, I am also in Holland
