I received a recorded call from this number this morning - usually these are withheld but someone obviously forgot to mask this one.  It was the usual "Barclays, NatWest...... spiel.  If you go to TPS, it gives a link to report recorded calls to the ICO which I have done.

Robocall about PPI claims. The number may look like a Birmingham one but it's too short and has obviously been spoofed. Reporting this to the ICO will get you nowhere as it's unidentifiable.This particular variety of nuisance call usually offers two options: either prod 5 to contact an operator or 9 to "remove your number from the system". If I can be bothered, I always go for 5 to try and obtain (eventually) the name of a UK organisation I can have a go at. Curiously, I've had exactly the same recorded message with exactly the same voice from several different Birmingham-a-like numbers, so I bet they are all in cahoots.
