It is a number from Austria.. I live there and get calls from there too!
We have a "who calls me" on an Austrian homepage too, and they are talking about that it's a "payment trap" as soon as u call back.. Don't know exactly though..
Don't call back! It's expensive to call to Austria anyways ;)
