Don't try and ring them back!!!!!!!! They leave hold music playing the whole time and more then likely rinse you for loads of money!!!! I was getting call after call from them but never answered! glad i didn't!!!!!!!

Have been getting a call from these jokers almost daily for several weeks.  Finally got to speak to someone today. This allowed me to do my favourite trick for any cold caller ... interrupt them early on in there spiel and simply say, "Hold on, it's not me you need to speak to, I'll just go and get them for you".  I then shout out "Bob it's for you", then I say to the caller, "Hold on a minute, he's coming".  I then simply place the phone on speaker and listen to them wait and try not to laugh at their repeated "Hello, are you there?".  You can prolong it by going back every minute or so and saying, "Hold on, he's nearly here".  You can keep them waiting 5 minutes or more sometimes.  Brilliant.  That really messes up their sales targets. They usually don't bother ringing back either.  Double success :o)

i keep getting calls from this number every day about 10:40 am, they never speak and hang up. if u ring the number back u just get music playing down the  phone.

just called me and i rang back as they put the phone down. Who are they. called me at 11am

has called me now five times, didn't answer.  but when i have tried to ring back to see who it is all i get is stupid music. they are pain in the ****.

they've just called me too and i'm glad i didn't answer after reading these comments. i called back and there was just a message saying this line is temporary unavaliable. these people should be stopped

I have had countless calls from them as my T Mobile contract draws to an end.  A quick check on my corporate information systems tells me the company is GM Connect, and the only Director, who doubles as Company Secretary, is:

These clowns have been ringing me and I didnt answer. cb and music just plays. Ring your network providers as they will know who it is and get them a telling off!

For those worried about call costs, this is a standard landline number, not a premium rate.  In that regard the earlier suggestion to complain to PhonePayPlus won't do any good as they're only interested in 09 and 0871 numbers.  Those who did call back would only have been charged their standard rate to a landline.

Note: I am NOT trying to defend the operator of this line, instead just reassure those who have been called or called this number back that it is not a premium rate line.

Calls everyday and hangs up

I've had 37 missed calls from this number and only answered twice, but they hung up. I've tried calling back but I've only got this stupid music playing down the handset to me. I can't get through at all! Help! It's really pissing me off.

I Googled GM Connect, phoned the number there and was put through to Human Resources.  I asked the lass to take my number off their list after she confirmed 01254277054 was one of their numbers. She asked my number which was fair enough, but I would not give my name.  I asked what number people should ring to get the number removed. She said 0870 0621 255.

bloody hell this is taking the mick they keep calling me then hanging up instantly , i called them back and it was some dodgey music haha

called 15 times now but I have only answered the once, and also I have been getting crank calls that are withheld (so dont know if it is these but seems coincidence after I have read these comments) and they hang up when u answer. The time I did answer they said who they were and I hung up on them, I am not due a mobile upgrade since I have just had one and I certainly dont think I am a sir!! So they dont have a clue!

I've been getting a call a day on my 3 mobile from this number.  Each time they hang up as soon as I answer.  I called back and just got music so I hung up.
