They did a poor installation and now keep pestering us with offers despite being told repeatedly not to - you would think that they would get the message!

BTW Whocallsme is a really good service. What would be really great is if I could block calls based on this database.

All sounds so familiar.  Rotten installation and can't even organise their database to take off people who wouldn't go near them if they were the last double glazing firm on earth

waiting on inportant call, this mb called then hung up, called them back using 1471, automated message said"sorry this mail box is full" i hope they call me back, i will tell them where to go, idiots arrghhh

I answered and they hung up on me. Nice one. Bunch of monkeys.

hung up but shouldn't be calling me anyway as a am on tps which companies can be in trouble for calling

In spite of being subscribed to the telephone preference service, we keep on getting calls from this lot - we'll be lodging a complaint.

Had work done by these cowboys a few years back.  Supposed to be replacing soffits (spelling!).  They damaged the guttering at the back of my house, complained numerous times, the water actually wore a hole in our garage roof (yes it went on a long time.  Of course it was total denial, and there were offers of half price windows or doors etc etc which we told them to 'shove' as none of those would have repaired out roof.  Eventually forked out £1400 to get the roof repaired.  Have told this company on numerous occassions to remove me from their database but to no avail.  I have had 9 calls today alone, none of which was answered when I picked up.  HOW do I get it to stop.

At it again and can't take "NO" for an answer....... It's the Cowboys CR SMITH guaranteed to leave you with a permanent headache. They did with me another botched conservatory that leaked!!! Exhaust debris from their Stihl Saw left my brickwork with a permanent stain, they even managed to scratch the glass to my patio doors...... bunch of mongerels......  do not use under any circumstances. I have told them to wipe my number from their database they just don't listen.

For months they have been calling me, mostly when I am out.  When I do answer, the line always goes dead...

Phone rings, disrupts my work, and line goes dead. A real nuisance!

I got a call from them today around about 17:50.  I don't get home till after 18:30.  Dialled 1471 to get their ever so popular number 01383626399 (trying to be sarcastic here).  I googled their number and landed on this forum.  I conclude, after reading everybody's comments that they are a bunch of cowboy pricks, yes?

i have been getting calls from this number when i answer no one speaks and then i try and call back and they dont answer.

4-5 calls a day for the last week.

I've been getting the exact same as most people. Calls each day but when i answer, silence then they hang up! Whats the point!

As with everyone else here, this number keeps phoning then hanging up when I answer. They usually phone about twice a day. Rather annoying.
