Received a call out of the blue from this number. On answering the call an automated message started describing participating in a survey using the phone keypad to enter responses. Didn't have time to listen to any more so I hung up.

I had a call from this number a few days back, which I missed. They called back twice in half an hour, but I was unable to answer. Finally, when I could answer and saw the missed calls, they had actually tried to call me with a no number screen on. I never picked up.

Two days later I was getting calls from 08000927204. Definitely dodgy. Watch out, everyone!

Had a call from this number too, didn't get in time to answer and didn't leave a voicemessage.

The number is from Vodafone. It is an automated call after you have spoken with them to complete a customer service survey. Oh the joy, more time wasting calls!

Yes, that would figure as I have just spoken to a Vodafone help-desk person. Although, when I picked up to answer the call from 01442821308 nobody answered....woooh..creepy.

Sane happened to me today... Just called Vodafone to change price plan and then a few minutes later recieved a call from that number... couldn't hear anything so just hung up.

Same here - just activated a new sim card and then received a call from this number.  Answered the call, no one at the other end, but my mobile showed that I was connected.  Hung up after 30 seconds.  Googled the number and came up with this site!

i have just spoke to voda and sorted my account out and 2 min later the same 01442 number rang - didnt answer though......

I got call too just left an messgae which couldnt hear due to ststic!

Got off the phone with vodafone bout me bill get 2 missed calls soon after from this num.

yup, same here, its a call back service on customer care!
they ask you to pick numbers on thier recent service after wishing to complain or possibly like mine, rang & picked the option to terminte service contract!
Less than helpful trying after 3 goes to get them to turn up, to collect a return pickup within a 14 day cooling off period, sending unsolicted goods back that did not work. still here 30 days later!

Missed 3 calls from this number, cos from speaking to Vodafone customer services which advised me to switch phone OFF for an hour cos of technical fault, didnt get it til Vodafone Call Catcher sent me a text to show them.

It is from Vodafone asking how satisfied you were with the customer help team.

I'd just spoken to vodafone to report nuisance/silent calls from 08080000144 which they told me they'd barred and then they ring you with some other nonsense why are they allowed to abuse our phones in this way!!!!

i was on phone with V aboutmy tariff, got three missed calls...

i have just recived a call from this number but couldnt answer as i am at my work desk...i typed in the number in google and this site poped up,,,i then recived a voice mail which was just an automated voice asking questions and aksing to answer wwith the keypad,,,the voice mail lasted about 30seconds and they disconected...

wow just read more messages and realised it is vodaphone...im going to complain...

Yes, blooming Vdfne. Happened the same to me today, after talking to them. They are quick to contact you for their own gain however, if it's the other way around, we must speak to a machine and listen to their dreadful tune until we give up...
