They call me everyday, its so frustrating! a american lady (automated0 syd hold the line pls i have a call for you, occassionally it rings into an office and they ask about my phone lines and how they can save me money, i have recently applied to the TPS (www.tps.com) to stop any spam cold calls coming through from telesales, it does take 28 days to come into affect but after that it is illegal for them to call

It's ACCESS TELECOM. Just had call off them to speak to person who pays the bils for landline. Wanted to know why I wasn't taking up all the benefits and offers they had........I said 'Cause I'm not with you and I won't be with you'. Then I just hung up...........think I deflated his ballon too quickly from him to reply...................Haa haa!!!

Just had a call from this number too whilst I was out - seem to call here quite a bit and never leave a message. Decided to check on Google and ended up here. Rather glad I didn't bother trying to call them back!

They are called "ACCESS TELECOMS" from Hull.
I rung back and to my amazment they answered.

Identified himself as Access Telecom.  Went away when I said I was with XLN.  XLN are the same price as Access (£9.99 a month line rental).

Bloody annoying calls always terminate when I answer. Happily googled it and found this page so I am just waiting for the sales call later on and expect to have some fun. Thanx for this service. Most helpful - I fell empowered :-)

same as all the other posts... i'm getting really sick of this; it doesn't seem to let up,  only get worse...

calls and when you answer there's a silence (you expect to hear an automated message) but then a sharp beep and the line goes dead.

Also totally fed up with this time-wasting firm ringing me several times a week. If I do answer (normally only rings once before cutting off) there's no-one on the other end.

this number 01482489130 kept calling and cutting off for past few days, today they had my name and phone number when iam suppose to be ex directory, she said she was from access telecall or something and wants to give me a discount, i said i do not want any discount and u should not have my name and number.

they just keep calling and if u answer them they are really rude and hang up..but then call again after some time

Really harassinbg abusive style of calling - rude, intimidating and dismissive of normal ways of doing business, especially for more vulnerable people.

Im a graphic designer with my own business, for 3 days on the trot  and about the 8th call ive received from this number, how am i to run my business effectively constant interruptions, I think i know whom it is,  as it is a Hull Number i reckon its 2 jags John Prescott rallying for votes as we all know he's out of a job early next year!! (he has no issues affording fuel does he!!

This number has called me twice today then hung up. I was thinking of ringing back - so delighted to find this site when I Googled the number!

How can it be a premium rate line though, does anyone know? It's just a Hull number isn't it?
