Talk Talk Business

Hmmm.  I'm online with them, and they keep calling me when I'm not available.  Their service is rubbish at the moment.  Does anyone know if this is a sales call or about the state of their service?  I just tried their website and it was down!

Calling me everyday this week. What gives? At the moment TalkTalk couldn't organize a pizza delivery let alone a broadband service, the line is terrible.

Just had a very pushy guy called Chris demanding to speak to my wife about her broadband service. Our third call that I'm counting. I was patient and clear that we don't want sales calls, he pushed and pushed, can he speak to my wife (the named account holder) he can't discuss it with me - this is a sales call I said, we don't want cold calls, not necessarily said he and he went on to state that as our supplier, his couldn't be a cold call. When he pushed and pushed to the point that I said I was going to complain about the call he said "that's fine sir". Relentless. Hull isn't listed as a TT site, therefore it's not a support site, it's a dedicated sales site and this guy is on a basic wage + bonus. Unless he completes sales he doesn't get anything more than basic. I may not be the named account holder but I do have a say in this house... Ofcom next, and then a review of alternative suppliers.

I have had phone calls from this number EVERY DAY for at least 3 weeks. I'm going to start keeping a record (as my phone only records the last time they rang). It is my biz number, but I never answer out-of-area landlines or non-geographical numbers. If they want me badly enough they will leave a message, right!?

Called me twice in one week. They wanted to speak to "John". Told them they got the wrong number and insisted to know what my name was. Obviously I dod not give them my real name. Sounds like one of those marketing scams!

This is a company called Clearanswer in Hull ringing on behalf of TalkTalk. They're a real nuisance with daily calls and, if I'd thought about changing to TalkTalk, I certainly wouldn't now, although I'll probably answer their next call and string them along.

Maybe they should be inundated with phone calls or emails themselves.

I got a call from this number a few minutes ago asking to speak to a former owner of my phone number. this is on a line registered with TPS too. There is a major problem getting talktalk to update their database records especially former tiscali users. I have had a battle with TTB to get records and billing right having had to invoke assistance from the ISPA complaints to get things right - or so I thought. Plainly the updated information is not getting to the sales force and agencies - and I do not want to go through the pain repeatedly. GET IT RIGHT TALK TALK!

I got a call from this nr today claiming to be my husbands voda phone account holder ?

I told her to call him on his mobile - but she didn`t even know it ?

Now it read it's Clearanswer on behalf of Talk Talk !

Shame on you Talk Talk choose ppl who don`t ly to present your company !!!

Despite telling the caller before to sort out their records (see just above), I have just been called again from this number as if I had never spoken to them before, they continue to call me by the name former user of my phone line. WHY CAN'T TTB and their agents LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I do not want to have to formally complain to the ISPA again!

Over the last 3 months, I have received 56 calls from this number. thankfully they just hang up during the call screening process and I never get to hear it ring.

I am a customer of theirs, so if it is important they can send me a letter, an email, or maybe even just leave a message!

trueCall - Wish I had invented it!

I had to put this phone into my addressbook as Telepest as it has called me 72 times in the last 2 months, it is absolutly awful ! @least now i don`t bother answering ... always very rude, pushy.

I STRONGLY would advise anyone NOT to join a company with these ethics !!

Five calls in the last 8 hours, all intercepted by answerphone and rang off as soon it cut in. We transferred to TalkTalk Business last year, they failed to provide the call-screening service we asked for, and now they're ringing us almost daily. Think it's time we changed provider, again!

Just had a very pushy sales person on from TalkTalk as Ive just cancelled my service with them. 2 years I've been with them and hardly had a peep out of them. If they had considered calling me 6 weeks prior to the end of my contract and offered all these remarkable savings they might have saved me moving.

Really annoying!  Two calls from these guys call while I'm resting.
My number is on TPS.  How come these guys get away with telemarketing listed TPS barred numbers?

4 times today already - to blocked list you go!

They didn't leave a message.

wish TALK TALK would just stop TALKING and calling and TALKING and calling.....
