whenever they call they dont leave a message, and whenever i ring back they always say nothing and hang up, really wierd!?

i worked for this company TOTAL scam artists will try to get money from doing anything i dont think its all above board to be honest im glad im out of there do not deal with them its not worth the hassle. take it from someone who knows most of the staff are so money driven they dont care how they get it and the bosses well what can i say!!!

I get a call once a day or so from them so I've stopped answering the 'phone - if its important or a real call then they can leave a message on machine. Also getting calls from 0018000135333 which are beginnning to annoy also.

Got two calls today from these people, they just hung up when I answered.Googled on the off chance - glad I did now! Won`t be calling back.

I work for this company and i feel that  the comments put on this website are very affensive and upsetting yes i apologize 4 the hang up calls we are trying to get that put right i am not an ambulance chaser 75% of people dont read the small print in the agreement they agree to why shouldnt people claim for minor injuries we pay enough forour car insurance everyones quick to complain about that if u have suffered minor injuries and u dont claim 4 then the insurance company keeps the money" every person that i have helped claim money back for real personal injuries have been very happy with SEEUS2SAVE.COM

So glad I found this website, I am constantly getting phone calls from this number. They tend to ring at the exact same times as well each day. I never pick it up if I don't recongise the number and so they've never had an answer off me. I might see if I can get them barred

SEEUS2SAVE is a scam the hole company it needs shutting down its not run right

TBH - i would steer clear...

They disregard the DPA 1998 - asking people within the company to call a random list of names and numbers - no MR, Mrs etc... when ppl refused they are threated with the sack - they buy their lists...

I know of 4 staff who left within a week - they dont offer contracts for 6 months and fire people ad hoc....

Tbh complain as much as you want - they are weakly run and have very insecure methods - 100% above the law... your choice ;)

Kept getting calls daily from them, via a +8452251606 number, Mangaged to talk to them eventually, and asked them how they got my data, the stated that I must have have filled in a insurance quote form on FLOOR TRADER, and said I'd had an accident in the last 3 years, I stated that I did not authourise my data to be proccessed in any way other than for the insurance quote and as a result they have broken the law and with regard to the Data protection act, they said they would remove my details imediatly, so far NO MORE CALLs this week.

I have put a complaint in with Ofcom regarding this company. I have spoken to this company more than 100 time over the last few months, i understand that company has changed its name at least twice since me speaking to them the first time, FIRST it was Assist a claim SECOND it was Savor.com somthing along them lines anyway and now it is called seeus2save.com. I went onto companies house to search and found nothing, when i called ofcom they advised me that these were trading names and not the first complaint made against Anthony Donald Evans Limited (if you go onto WHOIS and put www.assistaclaim.co.uk in his address,name,and email address come up) and they would invesigate it for me. A few more complaints guys and we can get rid of them once and for all. OFCOM Also said that i should complain to the ministry of justice or the DCA about them cold calling me for accidents. so DCA is my next stop.

I have just been called by this number to my mobile phone. They asked for my son and I said I would take a message. They then said that on his insurance quote he says he has had an accident, I asked what insurance quote and they said car insurance.  I said I am puzzled by this because he already has car insurance and he has never had an accident. They said the quote could have been from a comparison website from the last 3 years. Well as my son has only been driving 2 years I knew this wasnt right. I then googled the phone number who called me and found this site. I called the number back, they were called Seeus2save and told me that they bought their information from a company called Trading Floor. I have phoned Trading Floor (01422 829120) and explained the whole thing to them and said I wanted my number removing from their system. I told them they are giving out wrong information because none of the info the other company had was true. They apologised profusely and said they will look into it. I also told them that there are lots of people on the web complaining that they have also been phoned by this number.  If anyone else gets a call from them I would advise you to do the same as me.

finally got through, they say problems with phones, anyway they really helped me give me some free advice on debts and legal stuff THANKS VERY MUCH

I think we should bombard him with calls and emails, see how likes it, i have a severly disabled son and my line is a private line which only the hospital have, they said i filled in some questionare for an accident i had ???? i am sickend that this company is allowed to terrorise us. We need to do  somthin about it, that is why i have just made a complaint to OFCOM who logged the complaint, the chap there (Steven) said this is not the only complaint he has had about them and OFCOM will  be sending a letter of investigation !!!

Just got a call from this number at my old address, ex passed it on,(0151 290 1677) said they were called seeus2save. they asked if i had an accident or was in financial difficultys!!!!! said no and they said they take me off system. just waiting to see if they call me again.

Worked for this shite company for 3 weeks and got sacked as they called it lack of comitment to the company as i refused to work over my 40 hours a week contract as id be in from monday to friday they say come in sat even though we got told wern't workin them so they wanted me to have 1 day off when your meant to have 2 also the place is in the middle of know were and a little dive wouldnt buy anythin from them and they well know who i am typein this so a big HI tony and ste :D haha i have a new job now in a real company that people have heard of and hope your helpadebt is still goin ok for ya's even though its shite lol

Lets all work together an we get can get this awful company shut down. From what i have heard about this company they dont treat staff right and dont care about the regulations that they cover, i have heard that they are currenlty seeking authorisation from the FSA, well i have made the FSA aware of this site and there lack of commitment to the regulation of the DPA and the DCA (claims management regualtion), as the cold call for Personal Injury. Also i have had a dig around about the Help a Debt company and have seen they dont have a credit consumer licence well they have also been informed.
