In shock today as have finally realised I have probably been scammed. I received a letter from Imperial trustees on the 8th of August 2014 giving me a list of companies and individuals who can give me advice on where my money is. Contacted Métis Law and have been told they will call me back. Reported my case to fraud action police today and the FSA, they didn't seem to have any prior knowledge of these creatures. Has anyone heard back from the police, I was told I would hear back within 4 weeks. I have lost my entire pension at the moment, sole destroying. Should previous employer have transferred my fund over if they were not regulated ?, any advice would be appreciated.
I did actually email my previous company on the day of the transfer back in FEB 2013 asking them to hold off as wasn't happy about something, they said they would but then I was told it had already gone through.

Did anyone see Look North West this evening?  Regarding a "Pension Liberation" company in Speke, Liverpoot.  A gentleman was staging a hunger strike outside the building because they had taken £32,000 of his money and he didn't know where it was.  Looks like all hell was breaking loose with police, MP, etc all asking questions.  It was said that there was more than one of these companies in the building.

Christ, no I didn't , I live in the south. I just don't know what to do next. Do I attempt to write to Imperial, as it tells me to do on my paperwork, and request a transfer of my pension funds only to hear nothing or do I contact my old pension provider and ask how, with all the checks they claim to have had in place, could my pension pot be transferred to a corrupt scheme .

No one seems to have any definitive answer to where their money is, has it gone or is it languishing somewhere in an off shore account. Why has it taken so long for the law enforcement agencies to take notice of these people?
